Intahmynt Return and Refund Policy

At Intahmynt Secret LLC, we want to make our return process as clear as possible. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

1. **Receipts Required:** We do not accept returns without a receipt. This includes exchanges for items of equal value.

2. **Expiration of Products:** We do not accept returns on products that have expired while in the customer's possession. 

3. **Soaps Return Policy:** Soaps can be returned as long as they are in a sellable condition, meaning they should not appear opened or show signs of usage.

4. **Return Limitations:** You may return a maximum of two items per receipt.

5. **Return Process:** All returns must be presented to a cashier (me) before you begin shopping. If you do not do so, your return may not be honored.

6. **Refunds:** I reserve the right to deny refunds, even if you present the original receipt.

7. **Refund Eligibility:** We will happily refund your purchase if you have your original receipt and valid identification. Please note:

   - Returns must be made within 10 days from the date of purchase.

   - Creams, scrubs, and soaps may only be returned if they remain unused and are in their original, intact packaging with all wrapping included.

8. **Sea Moss Products:** All Sea Moss products are final sale. However, a refund may be considered at my discretion.

9. **Identification Requirements:** A state-issued photo identification is required for all returns. If you do not provide ID, your return will not be accepted.

10. **Exclusions:** At this time, Intahmynt Secret LLC does not:

    - Accept returns or exchanges on bulk items sold in 25 to 50-pound packages.

    - Accept returns or exchanges on special order products.

    - Accept returns or exchanges on products that have expired while in your possession.

    - Accept returns or exchanges on any opened brand products.

    - Accept returns or exchanges on clearance items; all clearance items are final sale.

    - Provide refunds on gift cards; all gift card sales are final.

11. **Refunds Under $20:** Any refunds under $20 will be issued as store credit, which may take a minimum of 5 days to process.

12. **Gift Card Refunds:** In some circumstances, your refund may be issued in the form of store credit on an Intahmynt Secret LLC gift card. There is no charge to receive or use this card.
